Job summary

Elis UK is expanding its internal recruitment function from Basingstoke, seeking a Recruitment Partner. You will design sourcing strategies, partner with managers, and build talent pipelines using direct sourcing, headhunting and referrals.

You will engage with managers to understand vacancies, advise on market conditions and lead campaigns end-to-end, delivering a high-quality candidate experience while influencing hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, in-house or agency.
• Proven ability to attract and engage candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience building talent pipelines and direct sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future vacancies and people plans.
• Lead recruitment campaigns from briefing to offer, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Develop and manage direct sourcing and talent pipelines across multiple locations and roles.
• Provide market insights and challenge hiring managers when appropriate.
