Job summary

Elis UK Ltd is expanding its internal recruitment capability and seeks a Recruitment Partner who will build proactive talent pipelines, partner with managers, and shape sourcing strategies. You will use direct sourcing, headhunting, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn and proactive networking to find great people for current and future roles.

You’ll become a trusted recruitment expert, challenging managers when needed and driving market insights to improve hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, in-house or agency
• Strong experience recruiting Maintenance Engineers, Engineering professionals and/or Sales professionals would be an advantage
• Proven track record of direct sourcing and candidate attraction in competitive markets
• Confidence engaging passive candidates and building pipelines

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand people plans, vacancies and future requirements
• Lead recruitment campaigns from briefing to offer, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Use direct sourcing, headhunting and referrals to identify and engage candidates
• Build targeted talent pipelines for recurring and business-critical roles
• Improve interview quality, pace and candidate experience
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity in the ATS and progress vacancies accordingly
• Support employer branding and tell Elis’ story to attract great talent
