We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and play a key role in our growth across the UK and EMEA.

How You'll Shape Our Success

You'll be at the heart of our expansion, identifying and attracting the best talent in the market. You'll own the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding. You'll work closely with hiring managers across Commercial, Delivery, and Security departments (with opportunities to work across the wider business), acting as a true Business Partner. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll make a tangible difference.

This is a hybrid position based in Manchester, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.

What You'll Do

• Manage every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and provide guidance.
• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, networking, online platforms, events, and our employee referral programme.
• Conduct detailed screening calls and skills evaluations to assess candidate suitability and alignment with Qodea's values.
• Candidate experience is crucial! You'll ensure clear and consistent communication with all candidates, creating a positive and engaging experience.
• Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring they align with salary benchmarks.
• Collaborate with the People Team to deliver a welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System. Actively innovate and educate our teams using data.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines for critical roles, ensuring we have a pool of qualified candidates ready.
• Act as a role model for Qodea's values and behaviors, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
  
  

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Relevant experience in a fast-paced in-house or agency role, with a good understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, Workable preferred.
• Background recruiting within the technology sector or a similarly dynamic industry, or hiring within sales, GTM, corporate business functions and/or security verticals.
• Experience handling both permanent and contractor recruitment, and UK employment law.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with commitment to provide a positive candidate experience.
• Growth mindset with desire for continuous learning and development.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
