About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Immersed, you’ll be embedded within one of our client teams, acting as a true hiring partner and advisor. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment while engaging directly with hiring managers, leadership, and internal stakeholders to drive strategic hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and embedded talent partner within client organisations.
  • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions or business units.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and leadership, delivering consultative and strategic recruitment support.
  • Source, screen, and engage top talent using a variety of channels and tools.
  • Create talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide insights and reporting to clients on hiring trends, market data, and recruitment performance.
  • Champion a high-quality candidate experience and support inclusive hiring practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or with a recruitment agency or RPO.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – you know how to build trust and influence decisions.
  • Comfortable working across multiple roles, functions, or clients simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment data/reporting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an embedded or RPO-style model.
  • Background recruiting in tech, product, commercial, or startup environments.
  • Exposure to employer branding or talent strategy projects.
