Capital One is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support a fast-paced recruitment operations team in Nottingham. The role focuses on delivering a seamless candidate experience across interview scheduling, contracts, onboarding, and background checks within SLA.

You will build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates, manage high-volume scheduling, and coordinate new starter processes via Workday. A collaborative, process-driven mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters and stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a seamless recruitment process.
• Build trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage all aspects of interview scheduling across the team, including high-volume requests.
• Create and issue employment contracts within an agreed SLA.
• Process new starters through Workday and manage onboarding communications up to day one.
• Process and monitor background checks for all new starters via our third-party partner.
