This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK's most exciting growth businesses at a pivotal stage of its journey. Having grown from a small founding team to more than 40 employees in under three years, the company is on track to more than triple revenue in the current financial year and has ambitious plans to double headcount, expand internationally, launch new service lines, and continue scaling towards a long-term £50m revenue target.

To support this growth, we are seeking a commercially minded, entrepreneurial Head of Talent Acquisition to build and lead the talent strategy for the next phase of expansion.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the leadership team and sitting on the SLT, you will own all internal hiring across the business and play a key role in shaping its future. This is not a traditional TA role. The business already has strong demand, an exceptional client base, and ambitious growth plans. The challenge is attracting, hiring and retaining enough high-performing people to fuel that growth.
