We are now recruiting for the exciting role of Talent Acquisition Manager.

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve our recruitment function. This role will support the implementation of our Talent Acquisition strategy and play a key role in delivering a high-performance, collaborative, and cost-effective hiring model.

You will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and be accountable for the enterprise resource plan that feeds into our Strategic Workforce Planning. You will also lead senior-level recruitment campaigns, support international hiring, and champion diversity, inclusion, and social value across all talent acquisition activities.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition & Resource Planning in delivering a high-impact, direct sourcing-focused TA strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, setting clear objectives and managing performance.
  • Own and maintain the enterprise resource plan, ensuring alignment with strategic workforce planning.
  • Deliver complex, senior-level recruitment campaigns using search methodologies from market mapping to hire.
  • Use data to inform decision-making, drive targeted outreach, and support diversity and niche skills hiring.
  • Build and maintain a TA performance dashboard, reporting on key metrics such as quality of hire, attrition, and sourcing mix.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Promote the Employee Value Proposition internally and externally, ensuring a transparent and authentic employer brand.
  • Support and deliver international recruitment campaigns, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Accountability for the production, development, and sharing of accurate monthly reporting dashboards showing functional metrics and KPIs.
  • Liaise with PSL across SMR to support the best-in-class approach to hiring.
Key Selection Criteria:
  • Proven experience delivering senior, search-led recruitment campaigns, including international and niche roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop recruitment teams, setting objectives and managing performance.
  • Strong data literacy with experience using analytics to drive recruitment strategy and performance.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboard-style reports to track KPIs and functional success.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to influence as a subject matter expert.
  • Deep understanding of employer branding, candidate engagement, and sourcing channel optimisation.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a track record of embedding these principles into recruitment practices.
Pay And Benefits
  • Salary - £57,600 - £75,600
  • A performance related bonus of up to 12.5%
  • An attractive pension scheme with 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
  • You will also receive a flexible benefits allowance of £2,200, enabling you to create a bespoke package to suit your needs.
  • 28 days annual leave (plus bank holiday) with ability to buy additional days.
