Job summary

ASOS, the global fashion retailer, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead a team of 3 Recruiters and shape hiring strategy across Technology and Digital Product. You will partner with senior leaders to drive workforce plans, build strong pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

In this hybrid role, you will evolve assessment methods, champion inclusive practices, and leverage data to influence hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Manager or similar in-house recruitment role.
• Experience recruiting across Technology and Digital Product teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 3 Recruiters.
• Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment across Technology and Digital Product teams.
• Define hiring strategies, workforce plans and talent priorities with senior leaders.
• Manage relationship with MSP for contractor hiring in Technology and Digital Product.
• Build diverse, high-quality pipelines across specialist and leadership levels.
• Shape assessment approaches to ensure robust, fair selection processes.
• Provide market insight and workforce planning recommendations.
