ASOS is seeking a Recruiter to drive the end-to-end recruitment of AI and Data Science engineering roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source proactively, and shape the candidate experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You’ll join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, using cutting-edge tools, evolving processes, and a hybrid work model that supports collaboration and speed.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for AI Engineering or Data Science in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies with autonomy and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong relationship-building and advisory skills at all levels.
• Comfort with AI-powered recruitment tools and evaluating new platforms.
