Job summary

WYN, a fast-growing AI-native services startup in London, seeks a full-time Talent Acquisition lead to build the function from scratch. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, partner with leaders, and shape hiring plans. You’ll use AI tools to speed sourcing and tailor candidate experiences, helping drive rapid growth.

You’ll build strong pipelines, define what great looks like for every role, and own the sourcing strategy across GTM and other functions, becoming the engine behind WYN’s expansion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in recruitment (agency or internal)
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience in fast-paced startups
• Experience recruiting for GTM roles (SDRs, AE, CS) preferred
• Strong sourcing instincts and candidate engagement skills
• Comfort using AI tools to speed sourcing and outreach
• Excellent stakeholder management and data-driven with metrics

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across the business from sourcing to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to shape role profiles and hiring plans
• Proactively source and engage top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
• Build and nurture talent pipelines across critical functions
• Improve candidate experience and streamline the interview-to-offer process
• Track hiring metrics and report funnel performance
• Coordinate onboarding handover for new hires
• Build relationships with external recruitment agencies when beneficial
