Job summary

Stockdales, based in Sale (near Manchester), is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. You will use IRIS to handle applications, coordinate interviews, and contribute to building our candidate pool through events and agency partnerships.

The role involves creating recruitment adverts with Canva, representing Stockdales at fairs, and providing admin support to the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and onboarding
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and internet-based tools
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment and onboarding process from applications to interviews across our services
• Use the Applicant Tracking System (IRIS) daily to manage candidate data and ensure records are up to date
• Represent Stockdales at job fairs and recruitment events to attract candidates
• Create engaging recruitment adverts using Canva and identify effective channels
• Develop relationships with recruitment agencies and explore ways to build the candidate pool
• Provide general administrative support, prepare induction packs, and generate reports
