Job summary

BakerHicks is seeking a organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a maternity cover role in London and Warwick. You will support hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications to ensure a professional, efficient experience across permanent, contract, and early careers recruitment.

You will work closely with the HR team and the Talent Acquisition group, handling high volumes with attention to detail and strong communication across all levels, from first enquiries

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with high-volume information handling.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate journey.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Greenhouse is a plus.
• Proactive, independent worker with initiative and reliability.
• Commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience and professional representation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment for permanent and contract vacancies.
• Manage recruitment activity through our ATS.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Review and screen applications against role requirements.
• Advertise vacancies across relevant recruitment channels.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate Early Careers recruitment activity.
• Liaise with HR on recruitment and onboarding updates.
