Job summary

Aspire Recruitment is looking for a Delivery Consultant / Resourcer to join our growing talent team in a hybrid Salford role. You will own vacancies from brief to offer, focusing on mid-to-senior sales opportunities, while delivering a first-class client and candidate experience.

You will source, interview and build pipelines, maintaining momentum and ensuring successful outcomes without the pressure of new business generation. Excellent relationship skills and organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced within recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition.
• Comfortable sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Skilled at building relationships and influencing outcomes.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple live assignments simultaneously.
• Commercially aware and motivated by results.
• Resilient, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy taking ownership and controlling recruitment processes from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialist sales roles.
• Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements, culture and hiring needs.
• Manage recruitment processes from qualification through to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate interviews and obtain detailed feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage and influence hiring processes to ensure efficient decision-making and successful outcomes.
• Keep CRM records updated and maintain accurate candidate information.
• Deliver a first-class candidate and client experience at every stage.
