Job summary

Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and support the attraction and hiring of top talent. You will coordinate interviews, resolve scheduling challenges, and maintain robust candidate records in the ATS.

You will act as the primary liaison between candidates, interviewers and hiring teams, delivering professional and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 0-2 years' experience in recruitment coordination, operations, administration, events, or a similar stakeholder-facing role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Act as the main point of contact between candidates, interviewers and hiring teams, resolving scheduling challenges and keeping processes on track.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Deliver a professional, responsive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates at every stage.
• Represent QRT at university events and careers fairs where required.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects.
