Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract from our Billericay office, with occasional travel to other Essex offices. You will support with recruiting across multiple roles, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and source candidates to maintain strong candidate pipelines.

The role runs 08:00-16:30, Monday to Friday, with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment, resourcing, HR administration, or similar experience.
• Experience screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
• Ideally experience within volume, agency or public sector recruitment.
• Own transport is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process across a variety of roles.
• Screen applications, conduct pre-screening calls, and coordinate interviews.
• Advertise vacancies and source candidates through multiple channels.
• Ensure company values are upheld and communicated to candidates.
• Organise recruitment events, open days, and careers fairs.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce activity reports.
