Job summary

Line Up Aviation is supporting a client to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Oxford. You will own candidate pipelines and partner with hiring managers to drive efficient, high-quality hiring across the business.

The role involves full lifecycle recruiting, direct sourcing, screening, and coordinating interview panels. DBS/SC clearance is required to start, and occasional travel to RAF Shawbury is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent professional experience.
• CIPD qualification in HR or in-house recruitment is desirable.
• Knowledge of Workday would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from brief to induction.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networks.
• Screen, shortlist and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate and attend interview panels and provide timely updates.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and inclusive hiring.
• Provide recruitment metrics and market intelligence to leadership.
• Maintain Workday data integrity and compliance with GDPR.
• Travel to RAF Shawbury 1-2 times per month for local hiring.
