You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and professional networks, screen and interview, coordinate panels, and partner with stakeholders while using Workday to manage requisitions and data with GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• Verify candidate educational backgrounds, professional certifications, and licences as required.
• Understand UK pre-employment screening and security clearance (BPSS/SC) applicable to defence environments.
• Degree or equivalent; CIPD qualification desirable.
• Knowledge of Workday would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial brief and job posting through to candidate selection, offer generation, pre-onboarding and induction.
• Direct source candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and targeted candidate search strategies.
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial phone/video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate, schedule and attend interview panels, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for all applicants.
• Lead intake meetings with stakeholders to define candidate profiles and hiring requirements.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques and inclusive hiring methods.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and market intelligence to senior leadership.
