Costa Coffee is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 12-month FTC to drive fast, compliant, candidate-focused hiring across UK stores. You will support high-volume recruitment, manage hard-to-fill locations, and optimize Dayforce and related TA processes.

You’ll collaborate with partners, ensure right-to-work and GDPR compliance, and build strong relationships to attract candidates. This role blends home working with in-person collaboration in our St Albans centre.

Formación

• Experience supporting candidates and hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills with the confidence to manage competing priorities, targets and service levels.
• Understanding of recruitment compliance and governance, including right to work and GDPR.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; knowledge of job boards and candidate attraction channels is useful but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Keep recruitment guides, processes and system information accurate, while helping Store Managers build confidence in best-practice hiring.
• Build effective relationships with partners including the DWP and media providers to improve visibility and attraction in priority locations.
• Coordinate Dayforce testing and maintain the TA testing tracker, working with People Systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment process, supporting offers and delivering against agreed service levels.
• Own recruitment activity for hard-to-fill stores, monitoring applications, directly sourcing candidates and keeping hiring managers updated.
