Job summary

Acosta Group Europe is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the TA team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle across diverse functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The role requires strong direct sourcing, interviewing and onboarding skills, with experience using ATS. Hybrid working in Woking, Surrey and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles.
• Proven track record delivering full-cycle (360) recruitment across multiple functions.
• Strong direct sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple vacancies across a range of functions and seniorities.
• Deliver a full 360 recruitment service from briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and attraction strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking and pipelines.
• Screen, interview and advise on market insights and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications throughout process.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and support recruitment projects.
