Costa Coffee in the UK is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to shape our Support Centre talent pipelines across the Global Talent Acquisition team. You’ll turn market intelligence into action, building proactive pipelines and supporting partners to identify and engage the right talent.

Work flexibly as we move into a new Costa home in St Albans in 2027, combining in-person collaboration with remote work where possible.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in proactive sourcing and talent pipelining using LinkedIn, CRM platforms, job boards and direct outreach.
• Skilled in market mapping, talent intelligence and competitor research, turning external insight into practical sourcing strategies.
• Confident using recruitment technology and systems, including ATS/HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, CRM, sourcing and reporting tools.
• Good understanding of inclusive hiring practices, recruitment data and key talent acquisition metrics.

Being a Talent Acquisition Specialistis about so much more than finding great people. It’s your chance to turn talent market insight into action, build proactive pipelines and support our Global Talent Acquisition Partners to help them find and engage the talent we need, when and where we need it. Which means you’ll be:

• Research and map external talent markets, identifying priority and emerging talent pools, competitor insight and key market trends.

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring, specialist and business-critical roles, engaging great talent ahead of demand.
• Partner closely with Global Talent Acquisition Partners, providing sourcing and talent intelligence that helps shape where, when and how we hire.
• Flex across the recruitment lifecycle, supporting sourcing, talent research, transformation projects, priority hiring activity and offer-stage administration to keep hiring moving at pace.

Who you are

We’re excited to be moving into anew home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 – an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life.
