Acosta Group Europe is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our in-house TA team on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Woking. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across a diverse portfolio of vacancies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering full-cycle recruitment in-house.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder communication and advising.
• Proven direct sourcing and talent pipelining.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple vacancies across functions and levels.
• Deliver end-to-end 360 recruitment process from briefing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networks.
• Screen interviews and coordinate interview process.
• Maintain candidate communications and ATS records.
• Support recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.
