We're Looking For?

You'll have proven experience delivering full-cycle (360) recruitment across a variety of business functions, from vacancy briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.

The successful candidate will be a skilled recruiter with strong direct sourcing capabilities, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other attraction channels to identify and engage high-quality talent. You'll be comfortable conducting screening interviews, assessing candidates against role requirements and providing hiring managers with informed recommendations.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously are critical to success in this role.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused, with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative Talent Acquisition team. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be advantageous.
