Ageas UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a Permanent or 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis to deliver end-to-end recruitment services across all departments. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and supports SLAs with a customer-focused approach.
The position is Hybrid and based at Eastleigh, Bournemouth or Gloucester; travel to other offices monthly and once-weekly office attendance are required.

Fantastic opportunity to join Ageas as a Talent Acquisition Advisor on either a Permanent or 12 month Fixed term contract basis. The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Advisor is to provide an inclusive, effective, efficient and customer focussed, end to end recruitment service, ensuring the timely provision of recruits for all departments. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services in line with the business SLA’s.
The role is Hybrid and can be based from either Eastleigh, Bournemouth or Gloucester and you will be required to come to the office, once a week. Travel will also be required to the other offices on a monthly basis.
