Job summary

MJ Quinn is seeking a Service Delivery professional to strategically allocate day-to-day field tasks and coordinate schedules for a large field workforce across UK projects. You will support the Openreach service delivery contract and ensure smooth operation of field teams.

The role is office-based with occasional Sunday shifts and some work from home elements, reporting to the Strategic Resource Manager. The position carries a starting salary of £26,000 and benefits, with relocation

Responsibilities

Promote a positive and professional image of the department by adhering to policies, procedures and standards.
Raise and follow up on non-conformance reports to ensure actions are identified and resolved.
Work as part of a larger team to develop working practices and procedures.
Reallocation of work to field teams.
Deliver inbound and outbound call metrics and maintain service level agreements.
Prioritise on-the-day work stack and allocate to meet client metrics.
Manage work proactively to keep field productivity high.
Deal with client requests and escalate issues to the Programme Manager when required.
Ensure engineers have site access and the necessary job packs for allocated jobs.
Work safely and in line with MJ Quinn’s values and policies.
