Job summary

MJ Quinn in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to optimise field task allocation and scheduling. You will work with Openreach projects, coordinating 1,700+ engineers, ensuring site access and up-to-date job packs, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Strategic Resource Manager, you will balance daily priorities, manage client expectations, and look for continuous improvements in field productivity and service delivery across UK

Responsibilities

• Promote positive and professional image by adhering to policies and standards.
• Raise and follow up on non-conformance reports to ensure actions are resolved.
• Collaborate with the team to develop working practices.
• Reallocate work to field teams.
• Deliver call metrics and maintain SLAs.
• Prioritise daily work stacks to meet client metrics.
• Manage work to ensure resources and productivity.
• Handle client requests and escalate issues to Programme Manager.
• Ensure engineers have site access and job packs.
• Work safely within MJ Quinn’s values and policies.
