Job summary

MJ Quinn is seeking a dedicated operations professional for field task re-allocation and scheduling at Oak House, Knowsley (relocating to L24). The role supports service delivery, ensuring efficient field operations and timely job completions across UK mainland.

The position is office-based with Sunday shifts, paying £26,000 annually, and includes benefits such as parking, healthcare, and pension contributions.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive and professional image of the department by adhering to policies and standards.
• Raise and follow up on non-conformance reports to ensure actions are identified, pursued and resolved.
• Work as part of a larger team to develop working practices and procedures.
• Reallocate work to field teams.
• Deliver inbound and outbound call metrics and maintain service level agreements.
• Prioritise on the day work stack and allocate effectively to deliver client metrics.
• Manage work proactively to ensure all tasks are resourced and field productivity is maintained.
• Deal with client requests and escalate issues to the Programme Manager when required.
• Ensure engineers are organised with site access and job packs for allocated jobs.
• Work safely within MJ Quinn’s values and policies to avoid harm.
