Job summary

Huntress is recruiting for a Planner / Scheduler / Coordinator based in Maidstone to join a busy Planning, Scheduling & Dispatch team. The role coordinates field-based operatives across the UK, ensuring timely completion of reactive and planned works and maintaining service levels.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to prioritise under pressure and comfortable with data-entry and Microsoft Office. Full training provided with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Experience in customer service, scheduling or administration is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data-entry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule reactive and planned works for field operatives across the UK.
• Communicate with operatives to keep jobs on schedule.
• Monitor service levels, response times and SLAs to meet deadlines.
• Identify scheduling issues early and escalate as needed.
• Support day-to-day coordination of field operations.
