Job summary

Huntress is recruiting a Planner/Scheduler/Coordinator to join our client's Planning, Scheduling & Dispatch department in Maidstone.

You’ll coordinate field-based operatives across the UK in a busy, fast-paced environment. Full training provided, with genuine scope to develop within the department. The role operates on a rotating shift pattern, so you’ll need to be flexible and comfortable working shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Confident with MS Office and comfortable picking up new systems.
• Customer service experience and a target-driven mindset are a plus (not a call centre role).
• Accurate, efficient data input skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule responsive and planned appointments for field-based operatives using multiple works management systems.
• Liaise with and direct field-based operatives to keep jobs on track.
• Monitor response times and SLAs; understand planned vs. responsive works.
• Spot early warning signs of risk to response times and escalate promptly.
