Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Vehicle Service Technician at our Great Yarmouth Autocentres location. The role involves performing interim, full and major services, plus follow-up repair work on braking, suspension, steering, tyres and related systems.

You will work in a busy automotive service environment with opportunities to progress within the network. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including generous annual leave, employee discounts, and a supportive payroll scheme, with uncapped bonus

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time served experience.
• Must have a full driving licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience delivering interim, full and major services plus relevant repair work (brakes, suspension, steering, etc).

Responsibilities

• Carry out interim, full and major services and follow-up repairs.
• Perform tyre, brake, transmission, steering and suspension work as needed.
