Job summary

Radcliffe & Newlands Wealth seeks a Training & Competence Coach/Supervisor to support the firm’s adviser academy and raise QA across the IFA network.

You will work with the SMF16/SMF17 Directors and the Head of Technical Research to assess ongoing adviser competence, coach paraplanners toward client-facing roles, and develop soft skills like relationship-building and presentation. Hybrid London-based role.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: CII Level 4 Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience within a UK IFA T&C framework is essential.
• Ability to coach paraplanners toward adviser readiness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adviser quality and competence using established systems.
• Support the growth of advisers from paraplanner to client-facing roles.
• Collaborate with Directors and Head of Technical Research on SMCR and Fit & Proper processes.
