Job summary

AXA Health is seeking a Centre of Excellence Adoption Leader to embed Systems Thinking across the UK organisation. You will champion behavioural change, coordinate messages and resources, and work with leaders to build a culture of continuous improvement and ownership of Systems Thinking.

You'll facilitate workshops, curate knowledge, and align initiatives with business goals while ensuring accessible training and practical application across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management or organisational development, preferably with Systems Thinking.
• Proven ability to curate content and manage knowledge resources.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and drive behavioural change.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible champion for Systems Thinking across functions.
• Coordinate communications and campaigns to promote adoption.
• Curate resources, case studies, and tools for learning.
• Facilitate workshops and events to embed principles in daily work.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify barriers and tailor adoption approaches.
• Support continuous improvement and new ways of working.
