Job summary

AXA UK is seeking a Centre of Excellence Adoption Leader to bring Systems Thinking to life across the organisation. You will be the champion, driving behavioural change and coordinating messages, initiatives, and resources that support this shift.

You’ll work closely with leaders and teams to build a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and ownership of Systems Thinking in daily work practices, while balancing office and home-based arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, organisational development, or learning and development.
• Proven ability to apply Systems Thinking in organisations.
• Experience curating content and managing knowledge repositories.
• Familiarity with behavioural change theories and practices.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and influence behaviours.

We’re looking for a passionate Centre of Excellence (CoE) Adoption Leader to help bring Systems Thinking to life across AXA’s UK organisation. You’ll be the champion, driving behavioural change and encouraging everyone to embrace these principles in their daily work. Your job is to coordinate messages, initiatives, and resources that support this shift. You’ll work closely with leaders and teams to build a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and ownership of Systems Thinking.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a visible champion for Systems Thinking, supporting its value and practical application across all functions.
• Coordinate communication strategies and campaigns that promote behavioural change and sustained engagement.
• Curate and maintain a library of resources, case studies, and tools to support the organisation’s learning journey.
• Facilitate workshops, events, and initiatives to embed Systems Thinking principles into daily work practices.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify barriers and develop tailored approaches to adoption.
• Support the development of new ways of working and foster a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Partner with the CoE and other units to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of efforts.
• Track progress, gather feedback, and refine initiatives to maximise impact and sustainability.

Work arrangements:

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your skills & experience:

• Proven experience in change management, organisational development, or learning & development, ideally within a Systems Thinking context.
• Proven experience in applying Systems Thinking.
• Experience curating content and managing resources or knowledge repositories effectively.
• Familiarity with behavioural change theories and practices.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and influence behaviours.
• Creative thinker with an open-minded approach to new ideas and ways of working.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to facilitate engaging workshops and conversations.
• Organised andcomfortable working in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities, with excellent coordination skills and attention to detail.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
