Job summary

AXA UK is seeking a Centre of Excellence Adoption Leader to bring Systems Thinking to life across the organisation. You will be the champion, driving behavioural change and coordinating messages, initiatives, and resources that support this shift.

You’ll work closely with leaders and teams to build a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and ownership of Systems Thinking in daily work practices, while balancing office and home-based arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, organisational development, or learning and development.
• Proven ability to apply Systems Thinking in organisations.
• Experience curating content and managing knowledge repositories.
• Familiarity with behavioural change theories and practices.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and influence behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible champion for Systems Thinking across AXA UK.
• Coordinate communication strategies and campaigns that promote behavioural change.
• Curate and maintain a library of resources and case studies to support learning.
• Facilitate workshops, events, and initiatives to embed Systems Thinking principles.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify barriers and tailor adoption approaches.
• Support development of new ways of working and foster continuous improvement.
• Partner with CoE and other units to ensure consistent messaging.
• Track progress, gather feedback, and refine initiatives for impact.
