Job summary

AXA Health is seeking a Centre of Excellence Adoption Leader to champion Systems Thinking across the UK organisation, coordinating messages, initiatives and resources to drive behavioural change and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with leaders to embed Systems Thinking in daily work, curate learning resources, and facilitate workshops that promote sustainable adoption across functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management, organisational development, or learning & development.
• Proven experience applying Systems Thinking in complex organisations.
• Experience curating content and managing knowledge repositories.
• Familiarity with behavioural change theories and practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible champion for Systems Thinking across all functions.
• Coordinate communication strategies and campaigns to drive behavioural change and engagement.
• Curate and maintain a library of resources, case studies, and tools for learning journeys.
• Facilitate workshops, events, and initiatives to embed Systems Thinking in daily work practices.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify barriers and develop tailored adoption approaches.
• Support development of new ways of working and foster continuous improvement.
• Partner with CoE and other units to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of efforts.
• Track progress, gather feedback, and refine initiatives to maximise impact.
