Job summary

AXA Health seeks a Centre of Excellence Adoption Leader to drive Systems Thinking across its UK organisation. You will champion behavioural change, coordinating messages, initiatives and resources to embed these principles in daily work.

You will work with leaders to build a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and ownership of Systems Thinking, with hybrid work and regular engagement across functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management, organisational development, or learning & development, ideally within a Systems Thinking context.
• Experience applying Systems Thinking in real-world work.
• Ability to curate content and manage knowledge resources effectively.
• Familiarity with behavioural change theories and practices.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible champion for Systems Thinking, supporting its value across functions.
• Coordinate communication strategies and campaigns that promote behavioural change and engagement.
• Curate and maintain a library of resources, case studies, and tools for learning journeys.
• Facilitate workshops, events, and initiatives to embed Systems Thinking in daily work.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify barriers and develop adoption approaches.
• Support development of new ways of working and a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Partner with CoE and other units to align messaging and efforts.
• Track progress, gather feedback, and refine initiatives for impact.
