Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support across Microsoft cloud apps (admin, mail, identity, remote access)
• Perform day-to-day troubleshooting and user support on CRM platform
• Build and maintain workflows, dashboards and automations
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, user accounts and permissions
• Escalate issues and work with the technical team for permanent fixes
