East Midlands-based role from a private company with a growing technical team. You will provide front-line support for Microsoft cloud apps, including admin, mail, identity and remote access, plus hands-on configuration work to build workflows and automations.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, user accounts and permissions, and general admin of SaaS tools, escalating with the wider tech team to prevent recurrence. A route into development awaits.

Qualifications

• Two years or more supporting Microsoft cloud applications in a business environment.
• Experience administering a CRM system.
• Experience building workflows or automations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for Microsoft cloud applications and related services.
• Perform onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, and permissions management.
• Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, and automations beyond ticketing.
