Job summary

Martin Veasey Talent Solutions has a client in the East Midlands seeking a Systems Support Engineer. You will provide front-line support for Microsoft cloud apps, admin mail, identity, and remote access while troubleshooting day-to-day issues on the CRM platform.

You will also build workflows and automations, manage onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to a growing technical team. A base salary between 30,000 and 35,000 with an uncapped bonus of 5-15% reflects a business that values growth.

Qualifications

• Around two years (or more) supporting Microsoft cloud applications in a business environment.
• Administered a customer relationship management system, not just used one.
• Built a workflow or automation and understood why the business needed it.
• Comfortable discussing issues with directors and reading log files.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support across Microsoft cloud apps, including admin mail, identity and remote access.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and support the CRM platform.
• Build and maintain workflows, dashboards and automations rather than only raising tickets.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and manage user accounts and SaaS tool administration.
