Job summary

Automation Experts is seeking two System Support Engineers to join a fast-growing systems integration business. Based across the UK, you will support automation and control systems, diagnosing faults and performing preventive maintenance on PLC, SCADA and HMI networks.

The role offers 40% office and 60% site work, with an OTE around £55k, plus a pension, profit share, flexible hours and a company vehicle for site travel.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Flexibility to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, respond to system issues and minimise downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve complex automation and control system faults.
• Carry out routine inspections, system audits and preventative maintenance.
