Job summary

Martin Veasey Talent Solutions is seeking a Systems Support Engineer for an East Midlands role. You will deliver front-line support across Microsoft cloud applications, handling administration, mail services, identity and remote access, and engage in real configuration work to build workflows and automations.

You will join a growing technical team in a profitable, privately owned organisation and have a clear route toward light development work.

Qualifications

• Approximately two years of experience supporting Microsoft cloud applications in a business environment.
• Administered a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Built a workflow or an automation to improve processes.
• Able to communicate clearly with directors and to read log files.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support across Microsoft cloud applications, including administration, mail, identity and remote access.
• Perform day-to-day troubleshooting and user support on the CRM platform.
• Create, maintain and improve workflows, dashboards and automations.
• Onboard/offboard users, manage user accounts and permissions, and administer SaaS tools.
