Qualifications

• At least two years supporting Microsoft cloud apps in a business environment.
• Experience administering a CRM system and building workflows/automation.
• Able to communicate with directors and interpret logs.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support across Microsoft cloud apps including admin, mail, identity and remote access.
• Troubleshoot daily issues and support users on the CRM platform.
• Create and maintain workflows, dashboards, and automations.
