Job summary

Proximity Recruitment are seeking a Systems Support Engineer to join their growing team in London as they open a new office. The role involves hybrid working in Northampton until April when London onsite is required, supporting Zoho CRM, O365, and Azure services.

The successful candidate will develop their technical and coding skills and take on more advanced projects in time. A strong driver for learning and growth is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin center and Exchange Online management.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and user support skills across SaaS tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for Microsoft applications including O365 Admin, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Azure VPN.
• Deliver day-to-day troubleshooting and user support across Zoho applications, primarily Zoho CRM.
• Maintain and configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and automations in Zoho CRM.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes including user account setup and permissions.
• Assist with general administration of SaaS tools used across the business.
• Liaise with the broader technical team to resolve escalations and implement system improvements.

Job description

Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Systems Support Engineer (circa £45,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits) to join one of Europe's fastest growing firms opening a new office in London.

Working closely with the Head of Technology, IT Operations Manager & the tech team for a 200 person business you will support their Zoho CRM, development projects & systems support to grow the business further.

The position is hybrid in Northampton until the London office opens in April. It will then be 5 days a week in London onsite.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide front-line support for Microsoft applications including O365 Admin, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Azure VPN.
• Deliver day-to-day troubleshooting and user support across Zoho applications, primarily Zoho CRM.

The successful candidate will want to learn & grow within their career and have an ambition to take on more technical, coding & development projects in the future. If you have experience in front line support, Mircosoft365. Zoho (or Hubspot, Salesforce or Dynamics) & a desire to do more.

The successful candidate must be flexible to be in Northampton 2/3 days a week until April 2027 when the London office opens.
