Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead a systems engineering team with staffing, workload planning, performance management, and development.
• Direct systems engineering activities across requirements development, decomposition, allocation, traceability, interface definition, and configuration control.
• Oversee system integration, verification, validation, and lifecycle engineering from development through delivery.
• Lead or support formal engineering reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and ensure engineering discipline and process compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a systems engineering team, including staffing, workload planning, performance management, coaching, and employee development.
• Direct systems engineering activities across requirements development, decomposition, allocation, traceability, interface definition, and technical baseline management.
• Oversee execution of system integration, verification, validation, qualification planning, risk management, and lifecycle engineering activities from development through delivery.
• Lead or support formal technical reviews, including System Requirements Review, Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review, Test Readiness Review, and related engineering reviews.
• Promote disciplined engineering execution through standard work, configuration management, documentation quality, and compliance with established engineering processes.
• Partner within Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management for integrated program execution.
