Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Brighton is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee multifunctional teams from engineering to operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across defence and aerospace projects. The role focuses on end-to-end project lifecycle from proposal to completion, with strong emphasis on communication with internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage schedules, budgets and risks, coordinate across departments, and drive continuous improvement in project

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex projects in defence/aerospace industries.
• PM qualifications such as PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP.
• Strong commercial and project management skills.
• Ability to lead multi-skilled teams through challenging customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop and implement integrated project schedules with the scheduler.
• Own project budgets, resources, risks and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate across departments for smooth task execution and timely milestones.
• Conduct regular project risk reviews and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide status reports to management and assist with performance metrics.
• Lead bid and proposal management from submission to engagement.
• Contribute to process improvements within the Project Management Team.
