Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience or graduate degree with 10+ years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, 16+ years.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of telemetry systems production and sustainment programs.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead programs through all phases with accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Identify and manage risks to support on-time delivery and program success.
• Provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead a team of Program Managers with leadership, coaching and performance management.
