You will drive capture, analysis, decomposition, verification and validation of requirements, ensuring traceability from business to system needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in requirements management within complex engineering environments.
• Experience with MBSE and Capella is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and lifecycle management skills.
• Proficiency with IBM DOORS, DOORS Next and JAMA.

Responsibilities

• Capture and manage stakeholder, customer, and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain requirements hierarchies and traceability across the project lifecycle.
• Decompose requirements into system and subsystem specifications.
• Support requirements verification and validation activities.
• Conduct impact assessments and manage requirements change processes.
• Support systems engineering governance and lifecycle management activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure clear requirements.
