Job summary

ALTEN Group is seeking a Systems Engineer with strong expertise in requirements management to support complex programmes through the system lifecycle. The role focuses on capturing, analysing, decomposing, and verifying requirements with traceability across business and system-level needs.

MBSE exposure is highly desirable, with familiarity in Capella and DOORS family tools. You will engage with business and engineering stakeholders, contribute to governance, and support lifecycle management

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Requirements Management within complex engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyse and manage stakeholder, customer and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain requirements hierarchies and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Decompose requirements into system and subsystem level specifications.
• Support requirements verification and validation activities.
• Conduct impact assessments and manage requirements change processes.
• Support systems engineering governance, reviews and lifecycle management activities.
• Contribute to the development of systems engineering best practices.
