Matchtech is seeking a Systems Engineer to join a growing Defence Training & Simulation Systems team in the United Kingdom. The role covers the full Systems Engineering lifecycle, from requirements capture and system design to integration, verification, deployment and customer acceptance on complex programmes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong Systems Engineering fundamentals, work across the V-Model, and handle cross-disciplinary challenges rather than being limited to integration.

Qualifications

• Strong Systems Engineering fundamentals across the V-Model.
• Experience in requirements capture and design activities.
• Ability to manage complex integration across hardware, software and networks.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to requirements definition and system design.
• Support integration, verification and validation activities.
• Assist deployment and customer acceptance on multidisciplinary programmes.
