DHU Healthcare is offering a Systems Data Technician Apprenticeship on-site in Derby. The role runs 37.5 hours per week for 14 months with a fixed-term End Point Assessment, with a Band 3.0 salary of £24,853.
You will prepare data for audits, build reports in Excel/Power BI, and support testing and process improvements. GCSE Maths at grade 4/C or above is required, with an interest in healthcare and problem-solving and a willingness to learn in a full-time on-site setting.

As a systems data technician you will:Prepare data for audits, quality reviews and tag call interactions within NICE CXOne.Help create reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support operational insights.Support system testing and process improvements, working alongside experienced analysts.Develop your skills through a structured apprenticeship while contributing to service improvements.
Hold GCSE Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) and have an interest in healthcare, digital systems and problem-solving, with a willingness to learn and work full-time on site.
