Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rushden is looking for a Systems Clerk to support warehouse operations by linking Operations and Inventory through multiple systems. You will handle system queries, process inbound/outbound transactions, and help ensure stock accuracy in a hands-on warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as warehouse systems super user, supporting colleagues with system queries and troubleshooting.
• Process inbound deliveries and outbound orders in the warehouse management system.
• Monitor system activity, investigate errors, and resolve order or stock discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation for stock movements, receipts, and dispatches.
• Generate reports and analyse data to support operational performance.
• Collaborate with Operations and Inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy.
• Escalate system faults and support implementation of solutions.
• Assist management with administrative and operational tasks while maintaining a safe environment.

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday - AM / PM Position to be confirmed

This is a hands‑on, warehouse‑based role that acts as the link between Operations and Inventory, supporting colleagues through warehouse systems, resolving issues, and ensuring stock and orders are processed accurately.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Acting as a warehouse systems "super user", supporting colleagues with system queries and troubleshooting issues.
• Processing inbound deliveries and outbound orders, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately within the warehouse management system.
• Monitoring system activity, investigating errors, and resolving order or stock discrepancies.
• Completing and maintaining accurate documentation for stock movements, receipts, and dispatches.
• Generating reports and analysing data to support operational performance and decision‑making.
• Working closely with Operations and Inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy and smooth warehouse processes.
• Escalating system faults where required and supporting the implementation of solutions.
• Supporting management with administrative and operational tasks as needed while maintaining a safe working environment.
